Sally Ricker Founder/CEO
Twenty-eight years in education and a passion for project-based learning, Sally decided to pursue her dream of taking business partner projects to the next level. In 2022, Sally started The Project-Based Learning Company. She is committed to changing education to meet the needs of employers and to help students succeed in their careers.
A graduate of Evangel University with a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership, Curriculum, and Instruction, Sally's mission is to provide real-world learning for all students.

Her leadership and professionalism help us to deliver high-quality project solutions to our clients. As a graduate of Drury University with an MBA, Rian is a true asset to our team.
Amanda Adams, EdD, is a highly respected educator with 17 years of teaching experience. She has a passion for finding innovative solutions through project-based learning and has received recognition for her exceptional work, including being named Educator of the Year and Regional Teacher of the Year. Today, Amanda serves as Director of Corporate Projects at The Project-Based Learning Company where she works with companies to develop workforce solutions that meet their unique needs and challenges.
